I’m sure you have heard of this keto diet by now. It is becoming all the rage. I too enjoy a good low carb meal. This list I have complied are some of recipes I have followed and loved. They turned out really well and were super delicious and filling. To top it off, they were all really simple recipes to follow. If you are looking into the ketogenic diet, these recipes are definitely a keeper.
I loved how easy these were to prepare. If you love buffalo chicken, or even taquitos, these are definitely for you. I served these up with a super easy side salad for some veggies.
I am not ashamed to admit I have had this meal two times in the past week. It’s THAT GOOD. I love Italian food so this is right up my low carb alley. 😉 The Rao’s Marinara Sauce can be hard to find sometimes. Grab yours here.

One of the things I love about the keto diet is the sweets you can eat. I have a real sweet tooth so when I find recipes like the next two it makes my heart all sorts of happy. I had a hard time finding low carb chocolate chips at the store, but you can grab them here. One other thing I liked about this recipe is that its just dough. You almost feel guilty not cooking these but you don’t at the same time. 🙂
I am not ashamed to admit I have these sitting in my fridge right now. They are my FAVORITE keto dessert. I dont even put any toppings on the top I just chill them and eat them. The Erythritol sugar is kind of hard to find. I grabbed mine from Amazon.
I LOVE TACOS. This was one of the first low carb meals I made. I found it easier to melt the cheese in the microwave for about 1 min 15 seconds, until the cheese turns a light brown, and is almost simmering, then drape it over the sink separator. It made a nice wide taco that could fit all the delicious ingredients.

I love how simple this recipe is. Its the same concept as the tacos or taquitos above, but flat for Pizza. I used Rao’s Marinara Sauce for this recipe too. SOOO good.
I LOVE THESE. They are super yummy and you really cant go wrong with chicken and bacon. Once you’ve had a BLT this way, you will never go back.
Lets be honest, I used to HATE cauliflower rice… I didn’t get what all the rage was about. Until I figured out how to make this super yummy rice bowl.
10. Bunless Burgers |
This is also one that I have always just made. I usually do an 80/20 mix of beef for the fat content and then season the beef with a little bit of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. I cook it up on my La Creuset cast iron grill pan, <– (this is THE BEST pan for indoor grilling, also does AMAZING with chicken.) Serve it up with vegetables cooked in a little bit of olive oil. Perfect.
