Full Disclosure: I have never been a fan of Valentines Day. Don’t come at me haha. I just think that you should find a way to show love everyday, and make your partner feel special whenever you you can, not just because of a Holiday.
That being said. I am THE BIGGEST SUCKER for all of the heart shaped things. Decor, food, attire, it doesn’t matter, I need it in my life.

This wreath would be super easy to make! You can get all of your supplies from your local craft store. I have even seen similar items at my local dollar store. It is super cute, and it shows you love LOVE with out actually saying Valentines Day.
Valentines Day Decoration: Lantern Centerpiece
I also have a lantern on my table, this lantern is pretty simple. You can find lanterns at your local craft store for under $10 and fill them with anything. I filled mine with leaves for fall, ornaments for December, hearts for February. I love the lantern idea, because of how easy it is to swap out the inside decor.
Valentines Day Decoration: Striped Love Sign
There is just something about a blush pink and a nice gold that makes me burst. ♥ This sign is super adorable and do able with paint, painters tape, and vinyl.
